If you find an older backup and extract them make sure to open bodyshop make a clone, delete the extracted sim and use the clone. Extracted sims come with bits of data that may cause them to corrupt easily. The clone is clean.

I would post this on Leefish there are some very techy people on there. You could also get onto Origin and ask for the UC. I'm thinking maybe you had some update to windows or to drivers that is causing it, but I am not a tach.

Hopefully they will get your tonsils out soon, what you have going on sounds nasty. That's a good thing you don't need seizure meds, I've taken them for most of my life and they are strong stuff with lots of side effects. It takes at least 6 weeks just for the body to get use to them.

That would be the size of your lot. Plus plants and fencing also increase lag and I see a lot of hedge there.
